LIM Kruy certainly merits being called the lynchpin of the PYRAMID organization. He holds an MBA from Cambodia’s
prestigious Pannasastra University of Cambodia. His track
record in business administration explains his position as
Production Manager at PYRAMID. Well versed in spoken
and written English, French and his native Khmer, and
endowed with well-honed management and marketing skills
in a range of areas, LIM Kruy forms a bridge between the human resources
and production areas of the PYRAMID organization.

An unhurried approach and the ability to multi-task while giving keen attention
to detail are characteristics of LIM Kruy. With his ability to slip seamlessly and
fluently between his three languages, he is crucial to the company’s total quality
control and to the professional atmosphere that pervades the PYRAMID office.
LIM Kruy is far from a work machine, though. His warm personality, keen sense
of humor, and willingness to assist in the professional development of junior

Lucy TRELOAR, a graduate of Australia's prestigious Melbourne University, possesses postgraduate qualifications in teaching, writing and editing. She also
works as a journalist and is a published author. She brings years of experience
as both a freelance and in-house editor working for a wide range of clients.
At PYRAMID, Lucy TRELOAR principally works as an English-language
proofreader and editor, using her expertise and meticulous attention to detail
to ensure that clients receive a product that is of the highest possible quality.

During his three years’ training at Phnom Penh’s Foreign
Languages Center (FLC), the first and official language
institute in Cambodia located in the compound of Royal
University of Phnom Penh, TOUCH Chea, a dedicated student, acquired an excellent command of English, graduating in 1995 with a diploma in translation and nterpreting. Since then he
has been working hard in translation and interpreting, gaining
an enviable reputation for the professional quality of his work.

TOUCH Chea is cheerful and well-liked by his colleagues, to whom he is often a
source of encouragement. Now, after ten years’ experience, and rising to hold
the position of senior translator, proofreader and editor, TOUCH Chea is
entrusted with a broad range of documents, usually the most challenging
and technical ones that come into the office. These, he translates with
characteristic precision and thoroughness.

A holder of Master of Law in Public Administration from
the Royal University of Economics and Law, holding two bachelors degree in French Literature and in Information
Technology and bearer of a Professional Translation
Certificate, CHHEAV Sopheaktra’s skills have qualified him
for the position of French-Language Team Leader within
PYRAMID. Always a hard-working employee, CHHEAV
Sopheaktra has likewise made professionalism a hallmark of his translation
work and attitude. These qualities help bring success to the company that
employs him. Cooperative, serious, outgoing and always willing to further
his knowledge and expertise, he has proved to be an essential element of
our team of French-speaking translators and interpreters.

A graduate of the Departments of English and French
Studies at the well-known Institute of Foreign Languages
(IFL), the first and official language institute in Cambodia,
Royal University of Phnom Penh, with degrees in both
English Translation and French Literature; and being a
law graduate of the Faculty of Law and Economics, IN Savuth,
the holder of three bachelor’s degrees, has proved to be of a
caring and conscientious nature, conducting himself in an exemplary manner
as TC English Team Leader at PYRAMID’s Production Department. In charge
of following up, checking, editing and finalizing a wide range of documents,
IN Savuth feels a strong sense of responsibility towards his job. Moreover
and most importantly, he is thorough and precise in all his work and takes his
job very seriously. Consequently IN Savuth has been promoted quickly within
the Production Department and is proving to be a great asset to the company
with his highly developed organizational skills.

KEO Sovannarith, a prospective graduate of Law School, prestigious Pannasastra University of Cambodia, joined
the PYRAMID team in March 2004 as a new graduate from
the Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of
Phnom Penh, where he earned his bachelor degree of Arts.
At PYRAMID, he works as English Translator, Form Filling
Facilitator and R&D Officer bringing a range of invaluable
personal qualities and skills to his position. What distinguish him from his
teammates are his multitalents, trustworthiness, and commitment-based seriousness, effort, and dedication to his duties, which proves that he always
works to his optimum potential, both in his translation work and with regard to
other related services offered by PYRAMID, so customers can be sure that
the finished product is of excellent quality. Without feeling complacent about
his knowledge, skills, and previous achievements, KEO Sovannarith loves
new challenges, and always sets himself to higher career goals. It is this
drive that makes him such a priceless asset to PYRAMID.

A holder of Master of Law who graduated from the Royal University of Economics and Law, and a bachelor in French Literature, with a Certificate of Translation Profession,
REATH Panha planned to enter into the world of translation.
He left the faculty in 2002, but he had already begun to
work in this domain. Being part of the team of the translators
at PYRAMID Co., Ltd. since January 2003, he has demon-strated his strong desire to translate. He performs his work in a conscientious
and meticulous manner, and always resorts to discussing ambiguous points
with his national and French colleagues. Thanks to his personal quality of being
always kind, he is designated, in addition to his function of translator, with the responsibility for completing visa application forms for short-term or long-term
stays in the countries of Europe, and for helping prepare documents for this
purpose.

Since his employment by PYRAMID as a translator in March 2005, Mr. REATH Panhean, who graduated from the Depart-
ment of French Studies with a degree in French Literature, a prospective Master of Linguistics from the Royal University
of Phnom Penh, has become a very hard-working member of
the PYRAMID team. He has integrated very quickly into the
team, and the standard of his work is always of high quality.
Using his capacity for analysis and his strongly motivated desire for personal
success, he shows initiative and a sound work ethic and, therefore, completes
his translation work accurately and efficiently.

CHEA Sokhary, holder of a Bachelor’s degree in English from
Cambodia’s prestigious language institute, the Institute of
Foreign Languages (IFL), also possesses a Bachelor’s degree
in Economics from the Royal University of Law and Economics
(RULE). CHEA Sokhary’s expertise in English and Economics
and her experience are of benefit to her translation career.
CHEA Sokhary’s enthusiasm and aptitude in language and
translation leads to brisk success in her work. CHEA Sokhary is dynamic and
committed to further development, challenges, good product quality for the
valued customers and the advancement of the reputation of PYRAMID
translation company.

A prospective graduate of Royal University of Phnom Penh, Institute of Foreign Language, VA Vannak's educational background, comprehensive knowledge of English and experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language led
him to the field of translation and interpreting. He is a keen worker who is constantly upgrading his skills and knowledge,
and prides himself on meticulous attention to detail and
accuracy. While working hard to maintain his own high standards and achieve
the best results, though, he never loses sight of the importance of teamwork
and is strongly committed to the development of PYRAMID.

MAO Sokchea is Royal University of Phnom Penh, Institute of Foreign Language graduate of Bachelor of Arts. After gradua-
ting from IFL (Institute of Foreign Languages), MAO Sokchea
has dedicated time generously to self-study with the goal
of enhancing and improving his capability in the use of the language more accurately and fluently. His strengths include
the sheer determination to generate the finest quality of work
possible first time, every time! This determination is a guarantee to meet the
needs of customers so that they will be satisfied without fail.

MAO Sokchea, with the combination of knowledge acquired from his academic studies and work experience in the field of translation for more than 6 months,
has effectively seized the role of Assistant Translator and Checker in PYRAMID.
Apart from his ability to work individually, MAO Sokchea has mastered the
aspect of working as a team, which brings about the most efficient collaboration.
This in the end will produce the most favorable result.

KIM Muycheng joined PYRAMID in 2004 where she now holds
the position of Assistant Production Manager and Customer
Service Supervisor. Her education background includes the completion of an English Advanced Level Certificate from the ICS-Information Computer School, a Cambodia-Singapore organization. KIM Muycheng has a very good command of
English, Chinese and Khmer, and is currently working hard on improving her French. This dedication to developing her skills is only one of the reasons why KIM Muycheng is such an invaluable PYRAMID team member. Her roles entail facilitating the daily work of the Production Manager to ensure the office functions at peak effectiveness and efficiency, and also working in the
area of customer service – both crucial to maintaining PYRAMID's excellent reputation. Contacting customers and freelance translators, checkers and proofreaders, invoicing, providing quotes and maintaining office records are
all part of KIM Muycheng's duties, and the reason why she is so indispensable
to PYRAMID. KIM Muycheng is not just a skilled and dedicated team member;
though, her unfailingly warm, calm and cheerful demeanor proves that on a
personal level, she is always a joy to be around.
